Just optimize & improve TimerManager and it should ease things greatly.unlimited buffs and the timer issues will be reduced.

There's only one thing in TimerManager that should be changed.
Timer is a issue in odin which sucks. There are some unclosed SQL statements.

Use the profile tool in netbeans to profile your channelserver.
Let the server run for 24hours with players playing. After that just look trough your log carefully :

The problem is JVM crashes easily when profiling, therefore it isn't a good idea.
