If connect it without password "root" it will connect. But with password that error will pop-up.

It could be that you already have another MySQL connection set up on port 3306.
Delete all connections and create a new connection. Then follow the steps in the tutorial.

Yes it is possible. There are a few tutorials in the Loong section on how to do it.

Double-click MyLoong first, then right-click it.
New Database should then be visible.

That means you have not configured your files properly. Take a look at all your ini files again and make sure they are set up correctly.
