If connect it without password "root" it will connect. But with password that error will pop-up.

It could be that you already have another MySQL connection set up on port 3306.
Delete all connections and create a new connection. Then follow the steps in the tutorial.

Yes it is possible. There are a few tutorials in the Loong section on how to do it.

Double-click MyLoong first, then right-click it.
New Database should then be visible.

That means you have not configured your files properly. Take a look at all your ini files again and make sure they are set up correctly.

Worked flawlessly the first time, EXCELLENT JOB this is one of the better guides I've seen. With the External fix in the main forums I've already got it up and running on my LAN server with no problems.
