SA V1.01 for USA/Europe only supports Vista Basic as I said, did you try running it in compatibility mode?

Since you're clearly ignorant to the fact it's called GTA:SA Multiplayer, yes, you can play online with other people from around the world because it's San Andreas: Multiplayer.

how about if i just want install and make for my cybercafe server?i dont want online with ppl..just my cybercafe...how?can use this guide?i want make around 30pc for my cafe...i dontwant it connect to world..just in LAN network..
