If you used a server file from 1st page, just go to ROHAN/ROHAN/world/world folder, copy all, go back parent folder ROHAN/ROHAN/world then paste, select replace all. I think there is a mistake in packing file.

Reinstall your Xampp, Skype uses the same port as the Xampp just a reminder, and check in the logs, it's wrong its IP's verify the records and database

you must edit your exp.bin , itemenchant.bin , itemcombination.bin , iupgrade.bin . use tool bin convert
