My problem "loading creation has been stopped due to a problem in loading a resource file"

i created a new archive info and i added news armors, but the armors are not visibles, any solution or advice?

my texture is in .format bin this affect the visualization, or should be in .TGA? or maybe the problem is of the .x?

.bin is made by Res-X, because it doesn't "knows" the fileendings for jpg or png, mostly of these bin files are jpegs oder png's
