Restore the webdatabase on ur sql first
then try again . .

i decrypt my itemstrble and item.isf sir, i copy comment.ini as you shared but it is always failed to load file....

my problem is this, the EXP and CP are not moving but it will level up when you kill the red mobs..see attached SS...and also when close many log error pop up like this..
