Got a nice gift that was left on my doorstep.
ZeroPT source code, server, client database

Seems to be really nice well managed and organised 100% source (no dlls working off binary dumps).

Crystals follow the player and do not attack each other (With SOD Crown)
In-Game Config System (F10)
Switch to window mode and full mode using key (F12)
Auto Adjustment System (maximize window and lose no resolution quality)
Booster FPS System
FPS indicator at top left of screen
Rough in-game camera (Closer and closer)
New system to view the perfect status of an item with the "P" key
New Stone of Perfection, makes the item 100% perfect
Right-click to cancel active premium item
Formatting Premium Items in HH: mm: ss
The time of premier items are not counted in the city, BC and relocated
UP in valued group, magic classes valued in groups
New formatting in skills info box
New formatting in item info box
New NPC to clear your mixed items
All map textures have been remastered, now in much higher quality.

• No exe's provided, must compile yourself, I used Visual Studio 2019
• Client will not run in window mode if your desktop screen resolution is over 1920x1080

Added 2 new mirrors



Upon further testing it seems that even if you change the user/pass connection info for the SSQL server it seems to always default to

sql: localhost\SQLEXPRESS
user: sa
pass: m@2409

Server program will say it's connected to the database using the changed user/pass fine if you change it in source, but no one will be able to log into the game.

No idea why, nor do I care, that's for you guys to figure out.
Just thought I'd let you know to solver future headaches as to why it is not connecting.

Nah looks like max tier 4
8 classes, no new assassin, shaman or martial artist.

How ever the skills look to be pulled off into separate easily editable files, so might be easier to add?

I know that, but the only place I found to change the file password is in database.cpp, in the server files, as follows in the image below.I compiled server.exe and it worked perfectly, game.exe also worked, but when I run game.exe the game runs and authenticates, but the moment I click to select the server to log in the following error is returned "Unable connect to server "

BTW Backup files didn't work here

What part of "Your database connection info MUST match what is in the source." do you not understand?

I even explain it in depth here...

DO NOT CHANGE THE DATABASE LOGIN OR PASSWORD IN THE SOURCE.

Make your sql database login information match what is default in the source.

Again.. DO NOT EDIT THE SOURCE

I downloaded and compiled them, on the server compilation I had the exe but when I turned it on, I got the message that I connected to AccountDB and the next off.

Look at the boot up sequence on the server.
See what database it fails to load, then create that database.
For me I was missing ServerDB and rPTDB
So added them into my sql databse as blank entries, worked fine.

Alternatively you can just comment those database entries out in database.cpp

- A table appears when I click on the exe, which is not the same as your display cmd
- Is it when my compilation fails, or my compression process is missing data.

Make sure to set it to release 64bit when compiling server.

This will create an exe called world.exe somewhere, pay attention to where it's saved to, grab that, that new world.exe will work for ya

- Tools -> Get Tools and Features...
