His sword is constantly released like Ichigo's, it's just that he doesn't know the name...
It is commented on by Yoruichi that Ichigo's zanpakuto is like his and it also says so in the Databooks..

nah it doesnt change unless he has bankaki that some shape shifting shinkai
its like its forever in its shinaki form and not the normal zanpakuto

There's 2 types of Shikai.. 1 is a constant, like Ichigo's, and the other like almost everyone else which needs to be released. Bankai is the second released form of the Zanpaktou, and it basically is a base of the character. For example, since Ichigo has a HUGE Zanpaktou instead of a small one like everyone else, his Bankai increases his speed and power. Another example, is Tousen's Bankai, his evenlopes a space which is void of sound and sight, which of course we know Tousen is blind and therefore relies on his other senses.. But there is a flaw to it, since Kenpachi figured it out, which is touch but that's not what we're talking about. Anyways, Crash is correct, Kenpachi's Zankpaktou is always released.. And he doesn't know the name so he cannot use Bankai, but imagine if he finally decides to try... Holy s*** will be incredibly strong.

Then there would be no fun in his battles so he probably wouldn't use it, just like the rest of his squad.

That's true.. He'll probably get introduced back in soon after Heuco Mundo.. Maybe even while they're still there. But it'll be interesting to find out, he has been out of the story for a while now.

Stupid question. Kenpachi doesn't got a Bankai(I do know what you mean). And we never saw Aizen's bankai only the release of his zanpaktu.

Judging from his Shikai.. I'd have to say it's probably a replicate of himself.. Other than that I don't know what to expect.. I'll go look around to see if anyone has information on it because I know the manga is past Heuco Mundo
