It really, really IS that easy to say 'no'. In my early-mid teens I was surrounded by alcohol, weed and smoking at every party or gathering I went to. But I never gave in. I knew I was too young for it and just put my foot down on the issue. As it happens I now that I'm older I drink and do certain drugs but peer pressure was never an issue for me. Make of that what you will.
