Hmm, by the screen shots it does look very nice. Just one thing you might want to implement, getting the npc cm commands from NPCConversationManager.java or making an extra tool converting npcconversationmanager to .xml or something because having preset commands is not a very good idea. Other than that, good job!

I don't really see how there is another way other than pre-set commands?

The editor folder contains another folder that call "Resources" in this folder you'll be have a text file with the name "commands".
you can add there commands and edit commands there.
 
Im working now on a Maplestory NPC Editor that allow you to create an NPCs easier.
Here is my progress:
  1. Total progress: 71%
  2. Npc editor interface: 100%
  3. Commands: 100%
  4. Simulator: 0%
  5. Advenced editor 100%
  6. Save, Load and etc.: 100%
  7. In tutorial: 0%
  8. Search engine: 100%
if you have any questions or you want to help or give ideas you can do it here.
Becouse I working now on the simulator its will go slowly.

OMFG I released it with no commands manager!

Its like to create a compiler or programming language.
 
Good thinking of you to make this NPC editor.
It will help alot of owners including myself.
Although NPC scripts aren't hard to figure.
This would make it alot faster.
