manage to run it with local vps with vmware and the game work with local ip. can I change all the setup IP with 127.0.0.1 instead of 192.168.*,* so it detected default local Ip ?

You can only run it with your VM IP, not the 127.0.0.1 literally. Set your VM to Bridged instead of NAT then you'll be able to play it within your network.
