There's no errors there, this message on worldserver is normal, just let it continue loading, it may take an hour if you have your pagefile on an HDD.

Thank you. It works even on 16gb ram, so that's good. The only problem I have now is to access database, I can't connect to myphp admin or trough any other means, always saying that access is denied.

The VM has Navicat Premium installed, just use and have access to MySQL and Sql Server.

This was my biggest accomplished in the old days of tera (Shandra Maniac title)

"At least" we have this leak, it will bring us some nostalgia as it doing nowadays

Check the settings in VMware, these are my settings...

Check in DHCP Settings if the Starting ip address is correct... 192.168.145.129.

It's running in a very smooth environment, but there are a few problems.

1.Arbiter Hook does not work properly.
After removing the qa hack from ArbiterServer.exe,
I tried to use this https://forum.ragezone.com/f798/tera-92-03-setup-arbiter-1204497/,
I get "test TCP success" but a dialog box saying "Modify page failed" appeared at the end and I could not use the qa command with qa=false mode on the actual character.
(DB login passwords, etc. have not been changed from their initial state.)

Is there anyone who can apply the qa command only to yourself with this vmware version?

Thank you for the detailed and clear explanation.

1st and 3rd problem has been resolved.

2nd problem is not particularly troubling, but the time recorded when a character logs in and logs out is out of sync with the server time.
(I tried setting mysql timezone to the same as vm and host and it didn't change. It feels like time somewhere in Europe.)
At any rate, the problem is almost gone. Thank you so much.

did I miss something?

You opened them in firewall i guess? Did you port forwarded it into router too?

If you did and it still don't work, it means your router don't handle ip loopback, so make a second vhost that listen to LAN, and modify launcher to connect from your server's LAN IP if its on a second computer.

By having two vhosts, it allows you to connect to server locally and other ppl from outside of your LAN can still connect with public IP.

yes i did both firewall and router. (for testing i disabled the win7 firewall)

well the VM is in my Dedicated Server (ESXI Hypervisor) and the VM is behind a router (pfsense)


port 8080 and 81 is open (i checked in browser and I got a response)



well i tested on my second pc with windows 10, and the launcher works fine.

My main PC is Win 11.. are they any problems with win 11?

You must configure your IP in the launcher...

- How change the welcome message on the server ? ( i already change the name of server)
- it's possible to change attack modifier for make more dps ? For some events it"s difficult alone
