Firefox or opera?

I use firefox for their safe browsing and they won me over at a young age, because of that i dont give opera a chance!

Down with opera! xD jokes what do you think is better?:sneaky2:

i use firefox and it works for me plus the addon Adblock an all its plugins are really useful because it automatically blocks any an all ads

opera isn't safer than FF.
it's just not that popular like IE or FF.

i use and recommend FF, becuz of the Add-Ons and the modifications (about:config...google first before changing somethin^^)

if firefox doesn't work or is bugged or whatever u should use opera then

kinda offtopic: how's the safari browser?

Opera IS safer. One of the reasons it's safer is that it's not used as much.

The add-ons are the only thing Opera doesn't have.

Do you have any sources to support your claims?

http://www.webdevout.net/browser-security#vulnerabilities

Kmeleon is the safest and (allegedly) fastest browser around (http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/). I imagine it lacks everything else though.

Opera clams it's faster with it's "Speed results" but if you actually do them yourself you'll notice when they're both bare bone FF is waaay faster.

Firefox get's slowed down by all the add ons, which is why Opera is faster in the end, because it doesn't have any.

The tests they do are with a clean Firefox.

a firefox install with noscript and adblock plus is way safer than opera

The noscript addon makes Firefox safer than Opera. I wouldn't say "way" safer, but safer. On the other side, it's not as compatible.
