You'll want a domain name first, you can register it through that website i linked or register yourself via a domain provider such as Domain Names, Web Hosting and SSL Certificates - Go Daddy , if you do it that way all you'll do then is update the dns server of the domain you bought to the name server provided by that hosting company.

Allow the certificate regardless, its just a verification that they purchased it but it will run on a secure connection anyways. They are safe and legit.
