i wonder where can skills limit can be edited?
I mean, for example you can just use like idk 20 buffs at the same time
how can i make that instead of 20 buffs there can be idk 30.

Ummm v15/16/17 are almost the same actually, but if i had to guess she/he uses v16/17 the one that is in the Development section, etioom released it.

I just tested it. And i think its not good to do a server with that files atm.

This was made long time ago and i really don't know that the thread exist that time. And if i know you can't add it because you weren't here in ragezone the past few months. I just knew your thread because of carlos or w/e his name and added you a credit because i learn some informations there. That's it. I didn't copy anything just got some ideas.

This one is most likely a tutorial because teaches and tells you what you have to edit/do to make something working, for example if its rainning event, it will say like 1, this value is to do this or that etc... while yours its kinda different, yours exaplain what can you find and do with a file, and this thread is orginized better.
