Use the attachment to extract DBC from your Client. Extract the files to .:\World of Warcraft\Data\enUS.
double click the bat file.

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail


Any ideas on how to fix

thanks Ona, now im getting this when i start world:

Make sure you have your DBC files in the folder if not download it from a repack or Extract them your self

yes, i see what i did... i fergot to put it in the wow server folder LOL my bad! thanks for your help, im sure this will help others aswell

Update your sql files with sql provided along with the core it should be in ..\ArcEmu\sql folder.

Hmmz, are you sure you set up configs file good?
Should be like this:

in Arcemu-world.conf

<LogonServer DisablePings = "0"
RemotePassword = "SetYourPW">

and in Arcemu-logonserver.conf

<LogonServer RemotePassword = "SetYourPW"
AllowedIPs = "127.0.0.0/24"
AllowedModIPs = "127.0.0.0/24">

save files, restart server.

i enabled DMZ and foward ports. i cant change the info the the hosts file in windows/system32/drivers/ect wont let me save. damn u vista.

and when i try to long in, it says Unable to conect. it times out
