Pretty much, and extract all the .res files from datasub , 1 and 2. Release is for those who don't know how to do it/ couldnt be bothered.

I dont quite understand what your asking there, its not a server or client, just a V15 with V16 models/textures BeastWE

Make sure you havbe the latest version of 7ZIP to extract it, It can be found here:

Adding water should work, and yeh. I used Zumina's V15.5 files to upgrade the Beast.

why release the whole beast with resource folder, this is not a v16 beast. Its just a v16 resource folder he used.
