What are the minimum PC specs requirements to run this smoothly? Because it's lagging on mine :/

well, my old PC couldnt even open it without it lagging and crashing.

I would say, Dual core 2.2ghz with a decent graphics card

Or quad core 2.8 ghz 64mb onboard graphics.

I know this is an old topic an all, an yes I wanna revive it
But, I have the latest version of WinRar but it says the part 1 is corrupt and won't let me extract it, I've tried everything I can think of but mehh. Help? D:
