These are the processes I have after adding 10.10.66.88

However, the login gives a different error. Was (106)(6), Now (207)(6)

Man this should be STABLE , before you start the server up , so wait for these to get to stable , and if the server is running now, close them up with the bat in that folder and open them up again. Also don't mess up with the ip's in the files <.< ( if you didn , i don't know )

Everything is stable and running, but I still get the error at login.

Do I need to be able to access 10.10.66.88 on the client? It would require some work on router since it is in entire different space. 192.x vs 10.x.
No ip configuration is modified from original and all ports are open locally.

Update:
Everything is running except gamedeamon is starting. Does it usually take very long?

Dont, the 10.x ip is used so that the vm can acces the internet . Not to run the files , keep the 192.168.200.128 as it was originaly dont change any ips, and make sure the program you are using to run the vm is on NAT not bridge setup with 192.168.200.128. then the server to have that proxy script ingave you from the local ip allocated by the router to 192.168.200.128 for those ports.

If you want to change ips and run the vm with bridge , then check the vm ip alocated and yoibneed to setup every single config in the server files with the local ip of the vm , so that your local network can see the vm and the server thru those ports i gave from the script above. Without 3000 and 6605. That script Only if you use nat on the vm program you use it on the server operating system if its not windows you running there check with a ai to give you a solution based on the script i gave .

Bridge doesnt work with the current server configuration.

NAT doesnt allow acces from local network unless you do the above.

Also I changed the timezone to eastern canada following this post, https://forum.ragezone.com/threads/bns-2017-server-under-maintenance-error-106-6-resolved.1222245/. Not sure how long it would take for gamedeamon to go from start to running, or it is normal for it to be in starting.

Gamedaemon is the one that starts the server acrualy , for me it takes 3 minutes with 16 gb of ram and 4 core provessors allocated to the vm

It is still in starting after 30min. Seems like some problem with Gamedeamon. Is there a specific time zone I have to set? Currently it is set to 9:57am. I am using the default 16gb ram and 8 cores. I can change it to a max of 512gb ram and 128 cores if needed. But it seems to only use less than 10% of the processing power in task manager.

Recommended , just drop the VM and extract it again, start over without changing ip's honestly, i'm using US locale without changing the timezone tho. Does Proxmax have any options like this ?

I don't think so. I did not change anything except there was no option for the original network adapter. So I had to switch to intel adapter and then configure the ip. The connection is definitely fine because it can detect when user does not exist or if password is wrong. Now the only problem is that Gamedeamon is stuck on starting.

My DHCP server is on router

any devices between the ranges can communicate with each other. Don't think there is any problem with communications.

Basically you can treat my setup as not in a vm. But a computer with ip 192.168.200.128. Proxmox is a type 1 bare metal hypervisor. I can assign each vm any ip i want, and there is no host os.

Is the network adapter in the vm how it was before setup . Then the whole problem is inside the vm . Try a clean reinstall of the vm file maybe that helps. Do the settings for the vm and check the network adapter inside the vm if it has all the settings like sub,gateway etc . Then start the server .

Also forgot to mention , since you are using a server if its bridge use the server local ip ( but from what you are saying u are using nat , keep in mind if you use bridge you need the router to actualy have the local ip adress of the VM without the router seeing it , you won't be able to connect the vm thru the client ) , if its not bridge and you go nat route, then you need the server local ip as well but with the routing the traffic from one local ip to vm local ip on those ports.

Seems like nothing else needs to be changed. Sometimes when it is stuck starting, I just have to force close that specific program in task manager, and re-run it. Then it works.

The most important is that you need to have both 192.168.200.128 and 10.10.66.88

Update: Can the launcher be configured with a domain instead of a specific IP? And if so, which ports are required to open for WAN just for the client? So I can connect to the game outside of LAN.

Regarding the launcher use this one from here https://forum.ragezone.com/threads/blade-soul-api-server-game-launcher.1234817/ , i haven't tried it myself but war100ck really have a knack at making good stuff.

With the specific port that client is using i have no ideea , but you could try to open these ones one by one and see which one works 6600, 10100, 10900, 10241, 12100, 12900

I dont have an extensive list but 2020 version has new classes like zen archer/warden and content like maps,dungeons raids then 2017 like other chapters of main quests and more items etc.

Does anyone know how to activate Notification window, even if its not working i want it so that i can complete the quest where you have to press f4.

ylwong do you by any chance know if starting chatting executable after gamedaemon would make the chat work for faction,region etc? Because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt , and now after days of having the server on it doesnt work at all

I am getting a error while starting ArenaLobby and ofcourse 1v1 Arena doesn't teleport me into the arena after the countdown finishes. It says it couldn't find a arena. but i dont know why i get this err. That Id gives 0 information and the following code from this: 00000000000000c4500000 -> i have no clue if it has any meaning ( im sure it does for those that know )
