"Connecting To Server.." problem

alright i will post all screenies of everything i have done with any folders of mine whatsoever.. so here goes

INTO THE SERVER FOLDER!

INTO THE SQL FOLDER!

INTO THE RELEASE FOLDER!

BACK FROM THE RELEASE FOLDER INTO THE COMMON FOLDER!

BACK FROM THE COMMON FOLDER BACK FROM THE SQL FOLDER INTO LOGIN SERVER FOLDER INSIDE OF THE SERVER FOLDER!

BACK FROM THE LOGIN SERVER FOLDER TO SERVER FOLDER TO CHAR SERVER FOLDER!

BACK FROM THE CHAR SERVER FOLDER TO SERVER FOLDER TO WORLD SERVER FOLDER!

BACK FROM THE WORLD SERVER FOLDER TO SERVER FOLDER TO C: DRIVE TO WAMP

I have only been inside the WWW folder within WAMP, so I won't waste screenshots on every folder, TO WWW FOLDER FROM WAMP!

INTO THE ROSE FOLDER FROM THE WWW FOLDER!

INTO THE WWW FOLDER FROM ROSE FOLDER TO WAMP TO PROGRAM FILES TO TRIGGERSOFT TO ROSE ONLINE EVOLUTION FOLDER!

MY NAVICAT!

MY WAMP!

That should be everything I can possibly give for the best help possible, everything I posted is everything I ever did/editted.

If anyone needs ANY screenshots of anything else about the Rose Online server, don't hesitate, and THANK YOU SO MUCH IF YOU HELP ME AND IT WORKS!

Did you edited the config.ini ?

hm.. Exit Wamp and start it again...

If you are using the same computer for the server and at the same time play.. that takes like minutes to connect somehow...

Tried starting MySQL, didn't work.
Tried exiting WAMP and tried again, didn't work.
The above pic shows my config.ini

also ive been having problems making an account. as in this screenshot below.

Your web server is disabled

go into Apache then start the service

Ok, the apache thing worked, now my WAMP is running all services, and the website now looks like this to make an account:

With the Evo server it happened to me too, try to replace the trose.exe in the server's folder with the trose.exe from your ROSE Online game folder... (I did it and it worked)

open navicat open account make a account for password you need md5 .

md5 is a type of encryption that is used to encrypt the passwords in the database
first just open up navicat and make a new account manually
then run this sql query on your rose database

update accounts set `password` = md5('x') where id = y;
change x to the password you want and change y to the id number you set for your account
that should work getting your password set

Replace your TRose.Exe with your TRose.exe from the Client Folder

do you got roseweb v1.0(yes/no) if no get it
if yes right click wamp5 and go to local host than click on the webpage register fill out the collums
but be sure that config.ini in the map inc configured right
