Masius, I've tried the tutorial from you but still can not play
when the selection server display the message "connect (192.168.1.10:7029) failed"
please made a video tutorial to fix it

You haven't port forwarded / You haven't changed the IP correctly on the Hosts file / You're using Shiro's GDMO.exe, which redirects to another IP and not account.dmo.joymax.com

go to control painel > firewal > exceptions - add port > add all your ports UDP and TCP 6999, 7000, 7029, 2302 and 2307
