I found a bug if you create a database with utf-8 encoding then worlserver will give you an error

temporary solution
run this script
CREATE DATABASE "DSDB1" ENCODING 'SQL_ASCII' template=template0;
add this setting to the table

if this is not done in the zone, the server does not start and gives an error
[ERROR]-[DB]--- SELECT configuration failed due to no data.

run server
/root/Dso/start
/root/Dso/stop

run Client
to change ip: connect.ini
GameLauncher.exe

I was able to fix the database now works with the official client last and was able to log in

I found a bug that the NPCs cannot compare and the mission server does not work in the /root/dso/Mission Server directory. this is strange
