I found a bug if you create a database with utf-8 encoding then worlserver will give you an error

Learn the basics of VMware first, there is no Windows version for all X-Legend Games.

I have finished translating NPC Dialogue to English, but I am still confused about translating NPC Names, System Announcement and MAP Notification.
