I know and I've downloaded all shared client and data2.rcc and tried them all but I still got the same error "CREATE HR FAILED" for this client. Meaning data2.rcc is not the problem so far. Thanks for the reply though.

Remove the password of data2.rcc

remove the rcc password and if you got error again try to change your server.

repacked it again use winrar or install creator then upload it

hello guys i just want to ask Few questions cause im new on developing Ran Server.
1st - How to change the newbie gift pack?cause it gives rare gear when starting at level 1.
2nd - why all skills are usable even if im only level 1?.all skills are activated already.
3rd - maps is on chinese language.here the screenshots.

1- newbie item u can set check on .charset
2-u can learn all the skill or /unlearn all the skill..also check in .charset
3. go to data/map/map.rcc .. replace with english language..
