finally i find it.i just need to open 1 by 1 example ironfist_m_1.charset so i can edit ironfist male starting item and skills inside of that charset.Correct me if im wrong.

that not animation problem..just edit ur animation skill on skill editor

how can you repack the data.rcc? ok i will give a tip. get a backup of your original data.rcc, now open your original data.rcc then click and drag your all files you want to add in your data.rcc....
