this error is most common on a 64bit setup, you have to run
"%SystemRoot%\SysWow64\odbcad32.exe"
and input your details manually for your muserver.
i've read that alot of people still suffer the same problem even when they do the 64b fix above. so here is how i run in 64bit
RUN YOUR SERVER AS ADMINISTRATOR.
to test this theory right click on your dataserver1 and click run as administrator(vista,7) or disable UAC in user controls in control panel. if you are using Muserver startup by skyteam dont forget to run that program as administrator aswell!! this is an easy fix for all the newbies to muserver creation. i hope i helped.
