yes it look correct, player must be online to exec.

PSA: FOR ANYONE TRYING TO RUN GM COMMANDS MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE "DEVELOPMENT SERVER" NOT "TEST" SERVER.

Test server apparently connects to a random server over the internet. if your UID is more than a single digit you are probably not playing in your server but somebody else's.
