Yes I can.. I will update and add Gunner class next time..

Maybe its the table/field Mapping Error.. Make sure that all fields in cha editor are existing in ChaInfo table..

I am using Database same as you....

I encountered some ChaInfo table without ChaRebornDate and other fields..
I tested it in three Server.. at first it didnt work in two servers, and the problems is same as your problem..
But i fixed that.. The error is the field mapping.. some fields are missing..

When i'm saving the Edited GUILD Infos
This error always appears.

does any body here have an idea decoding process of chaskill and chaputitems
i fetch the bin data from cha skill and echo Bin2hex result= 1700+ string character
what my problem is where is the exact line where i update if example i edit one of the skill like increase skill level from level 1 to level 9

then convert dechex > then save to db,,
hope any one here can give us idea,

why i ask? i am currently working on Online GMC
everything can be done same as raNmanager , GMC,
but the guts is you dont need to access your database to edit character or add, upgrade etc..
