This "Gm Tool" ist just a AddOn (how Drewww sayed). Its just a easyer way to use the SQL / GM Commands like in this guide givin (http://forum.ragezone.com/f886/guide-gm-commands-1017297/ ): That mean instead of typing in every comand, you just push the button, but in fact its just writing the GM command for you.
