How To Delete Your Server Files
When trying to delete your server files you will notice that you get a prompt message saying that the program PSM_agent.exe is in use with another program.
You may try everything under your power to solve this, Here are the steps. I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 so I can only give steps on Windows 7:
Providing that you have used this Batch File:
C:\SHAIYA_SERVER\SERVER\batch\shaiya_svc_remove_all.bat
Or
Follow these steps
- Press The Perl Button (Start Button)
- In The 'Search For Programs and Files' section search for 'local services'
- Click On 'View local services'
- Under the 'standard tab' search for:
- Shaiya Agent Client & Shaiya Agent Server
- Right Click On The Both Of Them And Stop Service
- Click the 'x' to close the window and delete the files that were in use
