How To Delete Your Server Files​

When trying to delete your server files you will notice that you get a prompt message saying that the program PSM_agent.exe is in use with another program.

You may try everything under your power to solve this, Here are the steps. I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 so I can only give steps on Windows 7:

Providing that you have used this Batch File:
C:\SHAIYA_SERVER\SERVER\batch\shaiya_svc_remove_all.bat

Or​

D:\SHAIYA_SERVER\SERVER\batch\shaiya_svc_remove_all.bat

Follow these steps

1. Press The Perl Button (Start Button)
2. In The 'Search For Programs and Files' section search for 'local services'
3. Click On 'View local services'
4. Under the 'standard tab' search for:
5. Shaiya Agent Client & Shaiya Agent Server
6. Right Click On The Both Of Them And Stop Service
7. Click the 'x' to close the window and delete the files that were in use
