[HELP] datadump how to repack into client so it updates

I'm using RZPacker and i unpacked the files to edit the xml files but how do i repack into the client. ?

I tried using startreplace.bat with these commands
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_73\bin\java" -jar RZPacker.jar -replace "C:\Users\DevxR\Desktop\Eternal RaiderZ\datadump" "C:\Users\DevxR\Desktop\Eternal RaiderZ\data"
