You can create your login account using GM Tools, i use this

if you want your server online just run the command service cabal config and set the following things

SQL DB IP
SQL ID
SQL PW
Centos IP/WAN IP (CentOS for local acces or WAN for players on different IP)

When i was setting up my server i didn't find videos about this process, but after some attempts you'll see it's easy.

When i type in console:

"service cabal start"
all says "OK"
->
"service cabal status"

You should check the config (network) + ip's (server side) + ports (everything that may avoid a connection.. obviously..)

90% of those with 1-5 posts are just randomly trash talking so read the guide and everything's fine..
