How to fix skills drill shot/fireball etc.?.

Ranger : Drill Shot(id : 402) skill deals 0 damage and only applies bleeding.(its supposed to deal damage and bleeding)
Elementalist: Fireball(id 226) skill deals 0 damage.(its supposed to deal damage)

Is there a way to fix them through database ?

Not only these, but alot of other skills are still bugged

done @lastfun , sorry me anyway , like i played this game for 4 years on global , thats why i say skill names thinking that you guys know it correctly without giving some information about it.

It's a client problem (GameData.c9d --> sync with server data). I made a test with 2 clients (Lastfun : https://forum.ragezone.com/f932/release-chs-c9-server-files-1067307-post8526464/#post8526464 and a chinese ver. 20110). Skills work well on the second.
