How to increase damage and hp of each classes ? In other term how to balance it thanks :d and what is the code for increased attack ? Dst_???? Thanks

Have you tried taking a look inside those files? Check propJob.inc

I would suggest scrolling down until you reach my comment, it is the easiest short term fix to balancing skills, auto attack and such forth
