I dont have neuz.ini in my client folder. But i have NeuzD.dll and Neuz.exe. Im using FlyffUsaSetup_v12 client.

Okay you said v12 items works good for you.
Can you check your server files

1. Click NPCShops
2. Click the item data
3. Scroll down
4. See if you have the Limo , Lord etcs.
5. If you have kindly upload the itemdata notepad? plox.

Caali's Files Rev 1 is now allowed as they are clean.

Isnt this rev1? I think its rev 1 ..

I have the same problem i think its becouse we are using the wrong IP at neuz.ini but i dont know what ip we need to put there i have localhost but dont know if thats oke.

Put the IP of Neuz.ini as 127.0.0.1 or Hamachi IP if your using Hamachi..
