Ive added...

UDB 0.10.1 CS350 + MaNGOS 0.11.0 v5851-v5862

...to the first post. Core is patched withScriptdev2 @ rev 396 & AuctionHouseBot & Jail & vmaps G3D7.0
This update will rebuild the Db from the rev 350 release @ core rev 5712 so any mods you have done to mangos db will be lost, same goes for scriptdev db.

Hi.
I have installed AmberGUI 5851 (Using Updates), and i need to use it with hamachi but i can't!!
The problem is, that i can play on the server on my own computer, where the server is running, but when i try to use it over Hamachi, it never comes futher than the realm list screen.
What happends is, that they can connect, and i can see that they have connected, "User 'THOMAS' successfully authenticated", but then when the screen where the realmlist shows up, i click Okey, but then it shows up again!

Why?
As i can make a server with Ascent, and it works okey over Hamachi.
But i don't want to use Ascent, as Ascent don't have the same features as AmberGUI (Mangos)

Help wanted

Hmm.. installed the repack, got the latest version of WoW (2.4.2) and I get the error "Unable to Validate Game Version".

Anybody got any ideas?

dude, read preinstallation notes! maNGOS official support 2.4.1 client NOT 2.4.2 yet! check it

what pack do u use ? last full 5833 have a very easy interface and installation progress! check ur directory:
C:\MaNGOS\Data\TBC\vmaps

vmaps folder must have vmaps files exactly! if u don't have it use AmberGUI ->Tools mark vmaps and press GO!
P.S. check AmberGUI settings for the real World of Warcraft directory!

Before installing the Amber Version make sure
that your client is 2.4.1
Then install the server.
I had fixed a buds this way with her problem.
She wasn't 2.4.1 when installing it. And it gave her from the looks of it
the same error.

Try use IE i have problems with Mozila but with IE work good.

ok i edited what needed to be edited so i can run a lan server but the pc gets stuck at choosing a realm.if i push cancell theres just change realm available - i cant create a character.Please help - i need this server running by the weekend.And how do i change the name of the realm.Thanx

Realm name is changed in the realm db realmlist table...have you edited your host file on server to redirect correctly?
