Somewhere there are some people selling it. Pay and you will get a complete file server.
I think the leak of files was intentional by the developers. you can run it but with many dangerous errors and missing a lot of things. Therefore, the leaked files are just a way to spread the word.

Update: domain.data from the Chinese client appears to be different looking at file size... Waiting for next NW event for test with domain.data from 155 client...
