Why are there "do" scripts in install folder? Reset does not work for me. Just goes to front page.

Backo, you are re-looping various functions(same code writed over and over again), instead try focusing on OOP to re-allocate and clean your code, it will require a some class coding but at the end coding new features would be so easy.
Focus on getting your php files to contain source only, not build. To clarify the difference: A source code would be pure php code only with no HTML/ASCII content at all, for the purpose use a template engine (yours or more easy get a publically released). A build contains function code, configs and/or outputs in the same file...
Using a build is okay for a simple login form, not for a hole web site... allocate functions in Methods to classes ...
At the end you will end up writing a new module in 5 minutes instead of 2 hours for e.g. Just using your objects..
