its actually not a language bug, your computer is missing the right font.

1. Close game client
2. Download the missing

4. Alternatively you may download the missing font and copy it to C:/Windows/Fonts or Control Panel > Fonts
5. Start game client

I believe your servermap need to use the same IP "192.168.1.234" and you need to change it on the Config.bmd with the provided DV-Team Editor...

Then save and throw it inside "Client\Data\Local", I believe this should fix.

Hi friend, try this, inside "Client\Data\Interface\GFx", find fontconfig.txt and change:
"map "$NormalFont" = "Arial Unicode MS" Normal"
to:
"map "$NormalFont" = "Segoe UI" Normal".

I did, it broke many things like drops and changed the logic behind the ItemBag so I politely rolled back. Besides the friend request and the /offattack not working, it's far more stable from what I tested... Come to mind now, I didn't test the offattack on the new gameserver, I'll try it tomorrow.
