just replace this
set CLASSPATH=.;dist\*
java -server -Dnet.sf.odinms.wzpath=wz\
to all of the bat file.

For the CashPackages.img.xml fix, just replace it with

You must be registered to see links

or you could manually find that id in the Etc.WZ XML and align it properly. Nexon added an extra \r\n though.

You should edit the database name at DatebaseConnection.java
And its username and password at ServerConstants.java
