Admins can access the admincp only.
Users can access the usercp only.

To access the admincp, the accesslevel must be 300
To access the usercp, the accesslevel must be 100

clqksk, your modules folder is missing, or modules/home.php is missing.

MDFK, there is no install page lolz. fill out _inc/config.php

I'm missing home.php too. And I can't find it in the file I downloaded.

Off the subject, I have a problem with the new cp. Every time I try to log in the Usercp, I always get the message "The Account has been banned!"

I can only log into the Admincp. Any ideas on how to go about this?
