Can you tell us more about how it's happening?

I also experienced the same problem. Idle & Not idle in the server got disconnected in a few minutes. Hosted the game in different machine. Account level 0/100 both disconnected.
I dont know whether there is heartbeat check between the server & client. someone can confirm this?
