humm my host not the best and can be slow(server is strange running Joomla and phpbb3) and has a 1% offline (free host till I can find a better one to host my sites, cause I have 5 wiki`s based on game servers to host as well as much more in the area of development). Google Analytics shows people from your area getting to it and I clicked your link I went right to it (im east Canada server is in cali USA). Hum maybe anyone else have this problem? Please let me know if you do.

Alright.
#1: The Gauthd error is caused by libraries. Find which ones are used by it using a simple LD command and make sure you have them.
From memory, the libraries are libtask.so, libskill.so, libstdc++.so.5, and 2 others.
Make sure these are all in the "lib" folder in root.
If it still causes the error, create symbolic links. Tutorials on how to do this can be found all over the internet.

Secondly, the Java error is NOT supposed to be there.
CHMOD 0777 the authd folder and run it again. It's a good idea to CHMOD 0777 most of the game files... it requires super permissions to actually access most of these.

Thirdly, the NPCs missing are exactly that. They're not server side. If you scour mcncc.com, you can find the NPC file fixes for these.


And lastly, if you're getting "Server Update in Progress, please patch and try again.", then your client and server-side files are not matched. Copy the elements.data and gshop files over to the client, and restart the server to get in.

Ling you said to fix the problem of the client saying it was still in maint. to copy over the server's elements.data and gshop.data correct? well when i do i get an error box on load of the client. what it says i have no idea since i can't read it. my client is 301 with your server files. what client should i be using. the files were supposed to be the 11 class legacy version
