I can run server files but when I run client it say database error so i don't what i wrong

hmm .. nice guide .. bur somehow my saga.map.exe keeps crashing ... after the detect database plugins ..
when i started it in a cmd i get this error

i can't access saga.map.exe..... when i double click saga.map.exe, it show error message... like this..

then account created
after that i login with the account, i say don't have this id =,="
what happen?
At Navicat Lite for MySQL there, also got this account but i can't login

and when i disabled my antivirus i open the Play RO2.bat but there nothing happens. I think it because of the
RagII.exe

one question... up there is my ipconfig and it has 2 ip address.. i dont know what to use. and the second ip-add, 121.97.xxx.xx changes everytime i connect...
