Ok guys, now let's begin.
1. Open up your Config.ini
You should see something that looks like this:

That's not my real pass, but you get it.
3. Open up your MySQL Query Browser OR Navicat. I find that with Navicat you get an error while executing so in this case let's use MySQL Query Broswer.

. If the Navicat users need a guide, I'll be more then glad to supply one. Also since I don't think there's a LocalHost version of FlyFF this is what SHOULD be in theory done to connect. Since I don't have FlyFF Installed I'm taking a wild Shot.
Save it as a .bat and run it in your FlyFF Folder.

- Push yes to create
- Bam You're in

- type this exact thing in WITHOUT the quotes "start FlyFF.exe 127.0.0.1 23000"
- Save it as a .bat
- Put in your FlyFF Folder, and double click it ONCE you have All the .exe's running
