The thing about Nexon is that they host a maplestory game in every freaking country or you can say continent making million's a week. I wouldnt say in a day.

Little Kids Use Mommys Credit Card = PROFIT
Make NX look sexy on girls = PROFIT for girls to make guys horny on a pixel character when half of the girls on maplestory are ugly in real life xD
Making non-nx items/clothes/etc.. ugly = PROFIT for people to make their character look better

ya. They should give us cash . It's the player's CHOICE to come to private servers. So suing us wont get them anywhere besides players hating on GMS for suing their awesome pservers.

A ToS won't save you from being fucked by Nexon. The .wz files and the client are copyrighted to them, so private server owners are basically stealing. Also, doing anything to THEIR client by the means of altering it is illegal. Wz editing is illegal too, js.
