fix/add setting archon vote
fix flyhack
race currency/gold drop
fix UMT
fix/add setting chip breaker aura and archon damage
animus lv difference
and some others,

i've tested with chip breaker aura, and archon damage, not try the others yet,
oh, i have tested gold drop, but seem i'm not success, and zone crash, not sure how to use/what is itemindex in config used for :3
