Is it possible to change item stats?

Sure! If I understand correctly, there are two ways to modify item stats.

1. Client-side: Modify script\clientiteminfo\tblavataritemdescattr.txt inside tr4.pkg. You don't necessarily need to update the server, but it would be better to keep both sides consistent. This change will affect everyone using the same modified client files.

2. Database-side: If you only want to give yourself or specific users additional stats, you can update tblavataruserattr in the database. This allows you to assign custom stats to specific items and users.

The main difference is that the first method affects everyone using the modified client, while the second method only affects the users you choose.

Your ItemNum seems to be incorrect. I couldn't find any item with the ID 221144.

You can check scriptitemattrdesc.txt for the attribute IDs. For example, 3 and 7 are for Fury, 17–20 are for stats, and 120 is for Landing Dash.
